Repeatly — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Repeatly (“we”, “us”) is a Shopify app that helps merchants bring wholesale (B2B) buyers back to reorder. This policy explains what data the app accesses, why, and how it is handled. By installing Repeatly you authorize the access described below.
Data we access
With your authorization, via the Shopify Admin API we access:
- Order history — order dates and line items (product, quantity, price), used to reconstruct each account’s reorder cadence and “usual order.” We request the
read_all_ordersscope so predictions are accurate from day one (not just the last 60 days). - Customer email and B2B company information — to group orders into accounts, send reorder invoices, and apply the correct B2B price list.
- Product, company and price-list data — to build accurate reorder drafts.
We do NOT access payment or card data, and the app does not read customer addresses or phone numbers.
How we use it
- Compute each account’s reorder cadence and usual order; surface who’s due and how much revenue is recoverable.
- Create draft orders and send Shopify invoices when you (or autopilot) send a reorder nudge.
- Detect when a nudged account reorders, to report recovered revenue.
Third-party processors
- Shopify — the platform; all data originates from and is written back to your Shopify store.
- Anthropic (Claude) — for accounts with irregular ordering patterns (Pro plan), we send the account identifier, past order dates, cadence, and usual-order item names to Anthropic’s API to predict the next reorder date. We do not send payment data, addresses, or phone numbers. Anthropic processes this to return a predicted date and does not use it to train its models.
- Hosting — our application and database run on our own dedicated infrastructure, with data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
Storage, retention & deletion
- We store order history and nudge records so reorder predictions improve over time.
- Deletion: we honor Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks —
customers/redact(erase a customer’s data on request) andshop/redact(erase all of your store’s data after uninstall). Uninstalling the app stops all further data collection.
Your rights
Merchants and their customers may request access to, or deletion of, personal data through Shopify’s data-request and redaction flows, which we honor automatically.
